Anne Jagger Recruitment in London is working with a global drinks company. We are seeking a temporary, experienced Recruitment Administrator to assist the team during this seasonal busy period. You will be responsible for administering the onboarding process throughout Europe. A multi-lingual worker would be desirable.
- Advertise vacancies and search for CVs using all social media and relevant sources
- Screen CVs and conduct telephone interviews
- Liaise and debrief with recruitment agencies
- Liaise and debrief with hiring, line managers
- Organise interviews, attend recruitment meetings and liaise with HR
- Arrange inductions and onboarding paperwork
This role would ideally suit a candidate with previous recruitment / HR admin experience. You must be self-motivated, hardworking and show great attention to detail. Knowledge of onboarding and compliance checks is required in order to be considered for this position. An extra language skill with Greek or Italian would be advantageous.
The hourly rate for this temp to perm position is around £9 depending on skills and previous experience. The working hours are 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday; however flexibility may be required during busy periods. Immediate starts are available.
