Job Description

Anne Jagger Recruitment is working with a leading and prestigious training provider. We are seeking a Sales Administrator to provide general administration support to the Sales Manager.

This is an exciting and unique working environment and applicants should possess an excellent telephone manner, and be confident and able to grasp the concepts of our client’s business quickly and competently.

Key Requirements:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all sales enquiries, screening all telephone calls, emails and general requests as appropriate

  • Produce Training Agreement summaries for the Sales Team

  • Ensure CRM systems such as Sales Force are maintained and up to date

  • Take bookings and process payment for assessment candidates

  • Provide support and all relative administration to candidates during the assessment process

  • Maintain the filing system for future bookings and past candidates

  • Implement administration required for assessment processes and record keeping including preparation for upcoming week’s candidates

  • Attend and assist in the running of Open Days

    This role would ideally suit an experienced Administrator and customer focused individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. It is essential that you are capable working under pressure and able to exercise initiative when required. You must have the ability to work without immediate supervision, coupled with the ability to empathise with the needs of both current and potential customers.

    Experience using databases, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.

    The salary for this permanent position is up to £21,473 depending on skills and previous experience. The working hours are 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday; however flexibility and some weekend work may be required on occasions.

    Our client also offers excellent benefits including, company pension contribution of 6% of basic annual salary (auto enrolled after 3 months’ service), minimum employee contribution of 3%, 25 days holiday + 8 public holidays, Life Assurance of 2 times basic annual salary.
