Anne Jagger Recruitment in Witney are working with a leading distributor based in Witney. We are recruiting for a permanent Purchasing Administration Assistant to work closely with the Purchasing Administrator Manager and be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administration of their entire product range.
The successful candidate will be well organised with excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills. It is vital that they are able to work on their own initiative, with excellent attention to detail.
• Liaising with suppliers about current purchase orders as well as placing new purchase orders.
• Updating supplier and product details within an ERP system.
• Organising receipt and delivery of new product samples to and from suppliers via various couriers.
• Updating shipping and delivery schedules
• Administration of deliveries and stock movements on the company accounting system.
• Organisation of supplier and customs paperwork.
The annual salary for this position will be £17,000 to £20,000 per annum depending on skills and experience. The working hours are 8am - 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 5pm on Friday.
