Job Description

Anne Jagger Recruitment is working with a leading and prestigious training provider. We are seeking a Part Time Planning Administrator to provide general administration support to the planning instructors, courses and classrooms.

This is an exciting and unique working environment and applicants should possess an excellent telephone manner, and be confident and able to grasp the concepts of our client’s business quickly and competently.

Key Requirements:

  • Responsible for all aspects of planning and programming of the Academy syllabus to the industry specifications
  • Ensuring all courses receive the full quota of syllabus lessons within the timescales allocated
  • Manage the allocation of classroom resources
  • Be customer facing and reception cover when the administration team are away from the office

This role would ideally suit an organised Administrator with excellent communication skills. It is essential that you are capable working under pressure and able to exercise initiative when required. You must have the ability to work without immediate supervision, coupled with the ability to empathise with the needs of both current and potential customers.

Experience using databases, Microsoft Word and Excel is required. You must be a customer focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner. The ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines is essential in order to be considered for this role.

The salary for this permanent position is up to £18,500 pro rata (£7,680) depending on skills and previous experience. The working hours are ideally 16 per week and over 4 days (Tuesday to Friday preferred).

Our client also offers excellent benefits including, company pension contribution of 6% of basic annual salary (auto enrolled after 3 months’ service), minimum employee contribution of 3%, 25 days holiday + 8 public holidays, Life Assurance of 2 times basic annual salary.
