Anne Jagger Recruitment is working with a leading and prestigious training provider. We are seeking a Part Time HR Administrator to provide HR administrative support to the HR Advisor.
This role will administer all HR-related documentation such as contracts of employment, letters and any other administration that is required to support the department and business.
Some tasks that this role will be responsible for is ensuring that all relevant HR databases are kept up to date, accurate and comply with legislation; assisting in the recruitment and payroll processes along with Learning & Development and Employee Engagement initiatives
- Liaise with partnering recruitment agencies in arranging interviews and supporting the HR Advisor with the full recruitment / onboarding employee cycle.
- Develop, implement and maintain regular and accurate management record such as absence, holidays etc.
- Keep an up-to-date, secure, and confidential record of all personnel using our in-house system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies, procedures, and systems.
This role would ideally suit an organised and efficient Administrator with excellent attention to detail and reporting skills and . It is essential that you have an intermediate to advanced level of Excel and competent Word and Outlook knowledge (Completed IT evaluations are required to be considered for this position).
The successful candidate must be capable working under pressure and able to exercise initiative when required. You must have the ability to work without immediate supervision, coupled with the ability to raise any discrepancies to the HR Advisor relating to personnel reports or HR documents.
Previous HR experience is preferred but not essential, however previous detailed administration experience is required for this role.
The salary for this 8 month fixed term contract position is £18,000 to £20,000 pro rata depending on skills and previous experience. The working hours are 8.30am - 5pm Wednesday to Friday with some flexibility on the 8.30am start time.
Our client also offers excellent benefits including, company pension contribution of 6% of basic annual salary (auto enrolled after 3 months’ service), minimum employee contribution of 3%, 25 days holiday + 8 public holidays, Life Assurance of 2 times basic annual salary.
