We are seeking a permanent operations assistant to join the team and support the operations manager in managing customer liaison and order processing.
- Checking the accuracy of orders against original contracts
- Managing supplier confirmations and queries
- Raising relevant paperwork for the fitting teams
- Checking fitting teams have the right stock and paperwork prior to going to site
- Managing site teams calendars
- General office support functions
This is a full-time, permanent role starting ASAP. Salary is £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience. There is room for progression and advancement as the organisation promote from within and are ambitious to grow their products and service.
Ideally the right candidate will drive, have previous experience from a busy office environment and will be looking for a long term career within a family run business.
