Job Description

We are recruiting a Customer Communications Executive to support the marketing deparment of this multi-channel business which currently has a network of shops in the United Kingdom, as well as a transactional website which ships to customers internationally.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Supporting busy marketing team
  • Development and execution of the customer communications plan
  • working with internal and external partners to gather content
  • content creation, copywriting and digital execution
  • developing a range of communications
  • Skill and experience required
  • 2+ years experience in a B2C marketing environment (retail preferred)

Desired skills and experience:

  • digital communications
  • copywriting
  • Attention to detail - excellent proof-reading and accuracy
  • Working knowledge of using Email Service Providers
  • Social media
  • Interest in the arts and creative industries will be helpful
