Anne Jagger Recruitment in Witney seeks a permanent Head of Assessment for a leading organisation in Oxfordshire.
Working within the Quality and Assessment team, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and enhancing the processes
- Lead the development, monitoring and review of assessments, producing policy initiatives, reports and guidance as appropriate
- Ensure effective working with academic teams and professional services across the organisation both internally and externally and drive coordinated approaches to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Applicants must have the ability to develop and identify how systems can enable strategic and procedural developments, with strong problem solving, analytical, intellectual, written and oral communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, networking and relationship building skills at all levels is essential.
Previous exposure to management is required, as applicants will be responsible for the management of a network of over 400 external personnel.
