Anne Jagger Recruitment is working with an International Charity serving Christians around the world who face persecution because of their faith. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, confidential and professional day-to-day administrative support and undertake complex diary and project management duties for the 2 Directors.
You will need to proactively manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments and travel arrangements to make effective use of the Directors’ time and facilitating a work/life balance.
- Setting up meetings/telephone calls and speaking engagements and act as first point of contact for the Directors
- Managing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, as well as day-to-day support in preparing agendas, minutes, PowerPoint presentations and reports
- Project manage a portfolio of projects and to interface with other departments with regard to work flow management and prioritisation
This role would ideally suit a candidate with experience in a similar senior support role and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. You must be highly motivated, organised and full of initiative. A proven ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple projects to meet time deadlines is required.
The successful applicant will have the ability to work as part of a team and relate well with staff and the general public. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is also essential. A PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualifications would be advantageous.
The salary for this full-time permanent position will be circa £28,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
The working hours are 37.5 hour week and can be offered on a flexi-time basis.
