Anne Jagger Recruitment in London is working with a market leader in Home Furnishings and bedding. Based in Central London, we are seeking native Dutch customer service advisors to be the first point of contact for inbound customer queries from The Netherlands. Queries will be via telephone, email, webchat and social media. The main responsibility will be to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Handling a large volume of costumer calls, emails and online chat requests. All in Dutch language.
- Upselling the business.
- Processing orders.
- Answer all queries in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Process enquiries and enter all details to bespoke system.
- Opportunities to work with website and social media
Due to growth, we are recruiting for multiple vacancies with an immediate start. This role will ideally suit a candidate from the customer service industry. The role will pay £10 per hour.
There will be occasional opportunities to work from home due to the opening hours being 12 hours per day. Excellent benefits include bonus when upselling, new luxurious offices and growing within the business.
