Anne Jagger Recruitment in Witney is working with a growing and reputable Sales and Lettings business who are currently recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Executive to join their busy inbound call centre team in Witney. Due to current expansion by our client, this will be an exciting time to join and help shape their future and share in their success.

The Customer Service Executive role will be based in Witney.

Key responsibilities :

  • Receiving and managing incoming customer enquiries
  • Process enquiries and enter all details to bespoke system
  • Appointment booking where necessary, inbound only no cold calling
  • Some face to face, direct customer service conversations

This role will ideally suit a customer focused sales individual with key experience in an inbound call/customer service environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a results oriented candidate with customer service experience, a professional telephone manner and a high level of self motivation.

This permanent role offers a basic salary of £17,000 per annum.

There is also the opportunity to join the company shareholder profit related bonus scheme (after qualifying period). This bonus is paid annually and is offered to all team members.

The hours of work will be 8.30am-5.30pm over 5 days and includes every Saturday. This role involves visiting customers or properties and for this reason, a driving licence is essential.
