Anne Jagger Recruitment in London is working with an online retailer specialising in pet food and supplies. We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Executive to join the small and friendly team. You will be responsible for monitoring emails, dealing with customer calls and assisting with social media requests.
- Be the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries
- Be a customer care champion
- Work within a small team of customer care professionals
- Be proactive with customer responses and enquiries
- Monitor social media activity and respond efficiently
- Upsell at ideal opportunities
This role would ideally suit a candidate with previous customer service experience. You must be self-motivated, hardworking and show great attention to detail. Knowledge of startups or FMCG is desirable in order to be considered for this position.
The annual salary for this permanent position is £22k depending on skills and previous experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm, however flexibility may be required during busy periods. Immediate starts are available.
