We are working with this client seeking Customer Contact Agents who have self-motivation and a passion to learn the client’s products and be successful. Progression is very encouraged within the company also.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls/emails in line with company operating standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfy customer needs by selling the range of Company’s product range and up/switch selling where appropriate.
  • Maximize sales through establishing customer needs, offering advice on products and provide suitable alternatives when not available.
  • Promote marketing and sales offers.
  • Achieve/exceed targets set.
  • Conduct out calls / telephone blitzes to key accounts
  • May be required to undertake other duties and participate in sales and promotional functions

This role would ideally suit a candidate with previous call center or telesales experience preferably with relevant tourism industry experience.

The basic salary for this role is in the regions of £19,000 per annum depending on skills and previous experience. The working hours are 09:00 -18:00 Monday to Friday; however flexibility may be required during busy periods. Immediate starts are available.
