Anne Jagger Recruitment in London is working with a multi-channel online retailer specialising in selling creative materials and activities. We are seeking a temporary customer care agent to join the busy Customer Services team for the run up to Cyber Monday. You will be responsible for answering and dealing with a high volume of inbound customer phone calls and emails.
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Show empathy to customer queries and assist with order processing and complaints
- Reply professionally to emails and social media engagements
- Use live web chat
- Thrive in a fast paced call centre environment
- Take an interest in the products and motivate colleagues
This role would ideally suit a candidate with previous contact centre or customer care experience from e-commerce. You must be self-motivated, hardworking and show great attention to detail. Knowledge of ticketing platforms (Zendesk) is desirable but not essential.
The hourly rate for this temporary position is £8. The working hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday; however flexibility may be required during busy periods. Immediate starts are available.
