Currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a luxury travel agency in Oxfordshire. You will get to be part of a fun and friendly team in an open plan office where motivation is high.
Your overall responsibility will be to deliver faultless accuracy on incoming and outgoing payments related to customers booking and suppliers, whilst working alongside the FD to create accurate reporting. To be considered for this vacancy you will be an excellent communicator on both a B2B and B2C level.
Skills and Experience required:
- 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- AAT qualified
- Working knowledge of Intuit Quick Books is seen as important
- Ability to build strong working relationships and have a friendly, approachable and professional manner
- Excellent communications skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Good organisational skills
- Problem solver
- High attention to detail
This is a full time and permanent position, paying up to £24,000 (dependent on experience).
